Karen Sue Bryant

Karen “Sue” Bryant, age 70, of Chandler, AZ, went home to be with the Lord on November 3, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 26, 1947, in Port Neches, TX, to parents Mr. & Mrs. E.J. Bryant. She was raised in Port Neches and moved to Tempe, AZ in 1973. She worked at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital for many years and retired as Director of the Respiratory Therapy Department. She was a life-long member of the Church of Christ. Her family was her heart and soul, her pride and joy. Her loving, sweet spirit is alive in all of them.

Services will be held Friday, November 17, 2017at12:00pm at Horizon Funeral Care, burial to follow. She will be laid to rest at Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale, AZ, along with her parents, both of whom predeceased her.

Survived by her daughters, Kimberly Ann Stone, Kelly Jane Ursini, Karie Jo Haywood, and her son, Robert Edward Bryant. Son-in-laws: Jay Smith, Tom Hussey

Grandchildren: Kristen Stone (R.J.), Katie Stone (Jonathan), Karli Stoltenberg (Max), Michael Entzminger, Charlie Entzminger, Justin Entzminger, Allison Haywood, Alex Ursini, Liam Bryant and Ellis Bryant

Great-Granchildren: Rachel Stone, Andelyn Stone, Maddison Entzminger, Jaxon Entzminger & Amelia Entzminger

Brother George Bryant, sister-in-law Connie Bryant, niece Lara Sue, nephew George

Sue was an avid animal lover and contributor to the Arizona Humane Society. She will join her beloved pets Bear, Flossie, Lucy and Annie.
