Jessie James Harvey

Jessie James (JJ) Harvey, age 41, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully at home on Monday, July 19, 2021. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather’s AB Harvey, on his father’s side and Earl Kirkpatrick, on his mother’s side, his grandmother’s, Billie Harvey, on his father’s side and Jessie Kirkpatrick on his mother’s side. He is survived by his son Aeron Harvey of Arizona, his Parents Alfred Harvey of Alabama, Beverly Cooper of Louisiana and Judy Tate of Alabama, his brothers Louis King of Texas, Michael Pierce of Alabama and Daniel Pierce of Alabama, his sisters, Angela Harvey of Louisiana, and Catherine Duncan of Alabama. He is also survived by a host of extended family and friends. Jessie was born on December 16, 1979, in McKinney Texas. He was a loving father, son, and brother and a great friend to all who knew him. Jessie had a passion for landscaping, drawing and he loved his cats. Jessie was most happy when surrounded by family and friends, especially his son Aeron and being in his cactus garden. The family extends thanks and appreciation to the many who have prayed with us, and for all the love and support and the delicious food that was brought to us during this time. Services will be held at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, August 7th, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., following the service a meal will be provided for friends and family.
