Lisa Renee Hernandez

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lisa Renee Hernandez, who left us on June 11th, 2024, in Phoenix, AZ, at the age of 36. Lisa was born on December 5th, 1987, in Seymour, IN, to Ginger Ridge and Todd Hernandez, and was the third of five children. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend, known for her kind heart and generous spirit.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Sarina Bostwick; her devoted mother, Ginger Ridge; her brother, Michael Rogers; and her sisters, Amy Hernandez and Dyanna Diltz. Her nieces and nephews, Adam Houghton Jr., Zakery Houghton, Kairi Houghton, Madison Houghton, Joshua Houghton, Amigrayce Houghton, and Damian Van Vranken, will miss her dearly. She also leaves behind her aunts, Lisi Hernandez and Patricia Smith; her uncles, Ronnie Ridge and Toby Ridge; her cousins, Amanda Mixon, Tucker Ridge, Carl Neathammer III, and Devon Crumley; her paternal grandmother, Sarah Jane Hernandez; and her maternal grandfather, Waynard Ridge.

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Mosher; her father, Todd Hernandez; her eldest sister, Nichole Houghton; her cousin, Jeremy Mixon; her uncle, Jamie Hernandez; her paternal grandfather, Joseph Hernandez; and her maternal grandmother, Virginia Smith.

Lisa passed suddenly, at home, with her dog, Mira, at her side. She was grieving the loss of her husband, Dan, who passed away on May 29th, 2024, less than two weeks before. Dan and Lisa had been married for nine years and were devoted to each other. They were extremely generous with their

time and resources, often running errands for their neighbors and providing warm meals to those in need. They would literally give the shirt off their backs. Lisa spoke often of her love for Dan, and now they are together, forever.

Lisa touched the lives of many and will be remembered for her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering love for her family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
