Vincent Pasquale Ruggeri

April 14, 1938 – March 19, 2023

Vincent Pasquale Ruggeri was preceded in death by his parents Frank & Theresa” Daisy” (Mancini) Ruggeri, his sisters Irene (John Krstinich) and Rosaria Ruggeri.

Survived by his wife of 27 years, Phyllis (Sterling) Ruggeri. His daughters Kimberly Palmer & Teresa Legno along with his grandchildren: Lana O’Neill, Kandice O’Neill, Ericka Palmer & Julia Legno. Great -Grandchildren: Brooke O’Neill, Anna McCarthy.

As well as his stepchildren James Cullina (Sue), Michael Cullina (Joy), Theresa Phillips, Deborah Cullina, Sandra Kozitsky (Thomas), Julia Cullina-Partain (John) along with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
